PREVENTATIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY:

Preventative physical therapy services are provided to individuals who are at risk for developing a disease or are living with a chronic disease.

Goals:

Identify and provide timely intervention for individuals with increased risk of a disease / dysfunction,
Reduce the risk and complications of the disease / dysfunction
Prevent and reduce the risk of recurrence of an injury or chronic condition, and
