REHABILITATIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY:

Rehabilitative physical therapy is provided for individuals who sustain musculoskeletal injuries within a three month period prior to the initial physical therapy appointment. The physical therapist will assess your current condition, risk factors that may have contributed to your injury and design an integrated treatment plan to help you achieve the following goals:
